Mellywear Apparel Co. Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Mellywear Apparel Co.! Because we focus on sustainable manufacturing, we do not keep warehouses full of pre-made clothing. Instead, every single item is custom-made just for you when you place an order.

This means your order goes through two distinct phases before it arrives at your doorstep: Production Time and Shipping Time.

⚙️ Production & Processing Times

Before your order ships out, our manufacturing team must print, cut, and hand-sew your custom outwear or direct-to-garment print your classic graphic tees.
  • Standard Processing: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your items to be created and carefully packaged.
  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or major collection drops (such as autumn and Halloween releases), production times may extend to 5 to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience as we craft your items by hand!

🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Once your item has been fully crafted, it is handed over to our shipping carriers. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the manufacturing facility utilized for your specific item:
  • United States Shipping: 3 to 6 business days after production is complete.
  • International Shipping: 6 to 15 business days depending on destination customs clearance processing times.
Please note: If your order includes a mix of custom-sewn pullovers and direct-to-garment classic tees, they may be manufactured at separate facilities and ship out in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost to you.

📍 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package drops off at the post office, an automated email containing your tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking details online.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Mellywear Apparel Co. is not responsible for packages that are stolen out of mailboxes or marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but missing. If your tracking information shows your package has stalled or hasn't updated in over 7 business days, please reach out to us at mellywearapparelco@outlook.com so we can help you open an investigation with the postal carrier.
