At Mellywear Apparel Co., we want you to love your alternative apparel! Because we operate as a sustainable brand, every single item is custom-printed, cut, and hand-sewn or direct-to-garment printed specifically for you when you order.

Because of this unique, made-to-order process, we kindly ask that you review our sizing charts carefully before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.

🗓️ 30-Day Return & Exchange Window

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of your item’s delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original, brand-new condition.
  • The item must be free from any pet hair, smoke odors, perfume, or makeup stains.

📦 Shipping & Fees

  • Buyer Responsibilities: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
  • Tracking Recommended: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as an incorrect graphic print, bad stitching, or a damaged garment), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to mellywearapparelco@outlookcom with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will immediately arrange a free replacement or full refund at zero cost to you.

🛒 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  1. Email our support team at mellywearapparelco@outlookcom with your full name, order number, and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Our team will review your request and reply within 24–48 hours with instructions on where to mail your package.
  3. Once your return is received and physically inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
